Something new is on the horizon at Waterpointe. Plans are taking shape for an approximately 15,000-square-foot waterfront dining development envisioned to bring three restaurant concepts to one of Flowood’s growing destination areas.

TBN Enterprises recently closed on Lots B and C at Waterpointe, marking the latest milestone for the mixed-use community. Situated along the waterfront, the proposed development is envisioned as a place to gather, dine and experience a different side of Flowood — right by the water.

As Flowood’s dining scene continues to grow, the project represents another opportunity to create experiences worth planning a visit around. Whether it’s dinner with a waterfront view, meeting friends for a night out or discovering a new favorite restaurant, the vision adds a new layer to what’s possible at Waterpointe.

Conceptual renderings released for the project offer an early look at the current vision. Final design, layout, restaurant tenants and features remain subject to change as development progresses.
